Rachael Weber and Ryan Schares were married Aug. 13, 2016, in Gilbertville.
The Rev. Henry Huber performed the 1 p.m. ceremony at Immaculate Conception Church, with a reception following at the Henderson Event Center, Independence.
Parents of the couple are David and Sue Weber of Waterloo and Mark and Pam Schares of Gilbertville.
Matron of honor was Lindsay Weber of Perry, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Chelsea Cox, of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Danielle Weber of Jesup, cousins of the bride; Jacki Schares of Gilbertville, sister-in-law of the groom; Jordyn Fischels of Jesup, Kaylee Humphrey of Ames, also cousin of the bride; and Carley Kohout of Cedar Rapids.
Best man was Eric Schares of Gilbertville, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Daniel Weber of Jesup, brother of the bride; Nick Weber of Perry, brother-in-law of the bride; Dale Weber of La Porte City, Cody Kayser of Waterloo, AJ Youngblut of Jesup and Ben Weber of Waverly.
Seating guests were Scott Weber of La Porte City, cousin of the bride; Adam Gebel of Cedar Falls, Mark Frost of Raymond and Jesse Fowlkes of Independence.
